Jane Online Appointments 1.5.3

Jane Online Appointments is a secure application that is compliant with HIPAA and PHIPA/PIPEDA regulations. Designed exclusively for iOS users, this app provides a safe environment for Telehealth calls.

This unique app requires a one-time download. After installation, users can securely store it and seamlessly access their Online Appointments through their default iOS web browser, Safari.

How it works for a client:

• Visit the clinic's online booking platform.
• Schedule an appointment with a practitioner who utilizes Jane and offers Online Appointments.
• Download the Jane Online Appointments iOS App.
• Once set up, retain the app for future use (only needing to revisit for updates).
• Access your appointments via Safari, your default web browser.
• Prior to your session, an email will be sent 30 minutes in advance with a link to join the appointment. Alternatively, you can initiate the session from the "My Account" section on the clinic's online booking platform.

How it works for a staff member:

• Log in to your Jane account.
• Create an Online Appointment treatment type and schedule a client for an Online Appointment.
• Download the Jane Online Appointments iOS App.
• Upon setup, store the app securely for future use (update access only).
• Access Safari, your default web browser.
• Navigate to the booked session about to commence within the hour and click on "Begin".

Please note that this is not Jane's primary application.
